1. About GenGlee

GenGlee ("we", "our", "the App") is an NCERT-aligned educational quiz application for children in Classes 1–10 in India, operated by GenGlee (contact: roarr.support@gmail.com). By accessing or using GenGlee you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child, you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.

2. Eligibility & parental consent

GenGlee is designed for children aged 5–15. An account may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who:

• is at least 18 years old;
• provides verifiable parental consent as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and
• takes responsibility for their child's use of the App.

3. Free & paid features

GenGlee offers a free tier with access to core curriculum questions and arenas. Optional paid plans ("Premium") unlock additional features. Paid plans are billed in advance; all fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — we never store card or bank details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account credentials or allow others to use your account;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the App or its question content;
• use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent;
• upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual property

All content in GenGlee — including questions, explanations, illustrations, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to us. You may use it solely for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of GenGlee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App you consent to those practices.

7. Disclaimers

GenGlee is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in all curriculum content, we do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific educational outcome will result from its use. Content is intended as a study aid and does not replace formal schooling or qualified tutoring.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GenGlee and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email (if provided). Continued use of GenGlee after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
