Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds
All purchases on GenGlee — including Premium subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is made.
No Auto-Renewal
GenGlee Premium is a one-time prepaid subscription. You are charged once and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. There is no automatic renewal — you will never be charged again without taking a new action.
Cancellation
Because there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel. Your premium access simply expires at the end of the period. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
