Delete your account
Permanent. No undo. Required by Google Play and Indian DPDP Act.
What gets deleted
- Your account row (name, age, class, phone, email, password hash, Whiz Name)
- All quiz attempts, daily missions, scores, streaks
- Badges, certificates, coins, store purchases
- Friend connections, friend requests, challenge invites
- Push subscriptions and login devices
- Premium subscription record (your Premium ends immediately — see refund policy if you paid recently)
What is kept (anonymised)
- Feedback messages you sent stay in our queue, but are detached from your identity (your user id is set to null).
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics that don't identify you (e.g. "number of plays per topic").
How long it takes
In-app deletion runs immediately and finishes within a few seconds. Email-based deletion is processed within 7 working days (we acknowledge within 2 working days).
Option B: email us (no sign-in needed)
If you can't sign in (forgot password, kid no longer uses the app, etc.), email us with the registered phone number or email from the account:

Subject: "Delete account — <phone or email>"
We will verify the request (typically by sending a confirmation code to the phone/email on file) and complete the deletion within 7 working days.
